If you have been following me awhile, you know I am far from perfect! It is a constant struggle being a supportive wife and mother to 3 little kids, all while trying to have a successful blogging career. It’s a delicate balancing act, and then life becomes even more hectic around the holidays with all the shopping, cooking, and holiday activities. Can you ladies agree? I know I am not the only one or at least I hope not! One thing that comes out perfect every time and is a hit everywhere I take it, is this holiday recipe you must try…My sister-in-law’s sweet potato casserole recipe. I began making this holiday recipe probably 7 years ago when our first-born was a baby and I thought to myself, uh oh, I’m a mom now and need to get my bootie in gear with cooking and acting like a “real mom”! Haha! It has been so popular ever since and has become my “signature” side dish for holiday gatherings.

Now along with this holiday sweet potato casserole recipe, I have another item I always bring to holiday get-togethers that never fails me. Red Diamond ready-to-drink iced tea. I love picking up a few gallons anytime I am hosting a get together or attending one. Red Diamond tea has the best flavor and they expect perfection with every tea and coffee product they make. I personally like the sugar-free, but they come in sweet and unsweetened flavors as well. Red Diamond is available at all major retailers. Red Diamond is fresh brewed and only found in the refrigerated section. Keep an eye out for it on your next trip to the grocery store! I hope my holiday recipe is a hit for you. Maybe it will even become your “signature” side dish. Have a very Merry Christmas.
