I can’t believe summer has went by so quickly! As much as I love having the kids at home, I think we are all about ready to be back on a more normal schedule and routine. Oh how I will miss sleeping in though! And I will for sure miss hanging out with my kids too!
With the everyone gearing up for school and getting back on a schedule, it’s also time for back to school shopping for kids! You know I regularly use Wal-Mart for their super handy grocery pickup service, so of course I thought of them for their affordable back to school finds! Today I want to share some adorable back to school items for boys and girls all from Wal-Mart.
Back to School Shopping for Kids 
For the Girls
Clothes
Talk about adorable; the 2 piece Tulle Dress and Denim jacket is such a trendy outfit! I love denim so I’ve also linked another denim jacket option that is under $20 when the days start to cool down a bit for the bus and recess! The leopard dress is adorable and the amazing price can’t be beat.
Shoes
I wish my feet were smaller because Wal-Mart has the CUTEST white sneakers for only $14! The leopard star design is adorable. Of course, the girls had to have sparkly shoes as well, so these Glitter Sneakers are perfect. What I love about Wal-Marts shoes are how affordable they are! While low in price, the quality is good, and I love not having to spend a ton on shoes that the kids might quickly grow out of.
Backpacks
The kids love picking out their backpack every year! I’m jealous of the choices the kids have because the bags are way cooler than when I was in school! (However long ago that was haha!) For Vivy, she is dying to have a fun unicorn bag like this one and Hayden requested a leopard backpack this year. How cute is this leopard fuzzy option?!
For the Boys
Clothes
I don’t know how Hudson grows like he does, but I feel like he is always needing new jeans and pants every few months. He is our very active boy who plays hard and somehow always rips something. I loved the 2-pack of pull on jogger pants that come in many color options. I am absolutely LOVING the black and white tie-dye wind breaker for boys. It is soooo cute! The track jacket and tee set is adorable too and I cannot believe it’s $14!
Shoes
The Jace Slip on Sneaker are so handsome and I love how easy kids can slip them on. Easy to put on and easy to keep clean is a score! The Knit Sock-top sneaker is extremely comfortable looking for boys who love to be active on the playground and after school.
Backpacks
Loving the selection of cool yet durable boys backpacks. Can you tell I am a big fan of camo? Ha! In my own closet and in my kids’ closets as well. This camo backpack set is under $20! The Grillz backpack is super cute and fun for kids as well!

Pencil Bags/Boxes
I always get the kids pencil bags/boxes to help them keep all their supplies in order.
Planner
My oldest child loves to have her own school planner the older she gets. She likes to keep herself organized with help from me, of course, but I am all for her making an effort to stay on top of her homework due dates and reading assignments.
Pencils/Pens
I love the assortment of writing utensils and the count size of some of the packs! Perfect packs to split between the kids and have some backup for the homework they bring home.
