Hi! I hope you are all off to a great start in 2020! With the new year I always get the urge to purge, clean and do a little refreshing and updating in the house, as I am sure you do too!
As you probably already know, I love a clean, neutral color palette with whites, greys, creams, light wood tones and brass! I have been getting a lot of requests for the products that I have in my kitchen specifically and I wanted to share with you some more affordable Kitchen Decor Ideas on a Budget options that won’t break the bank. Sometimes just changing out the smallest thing, for example cabinet hardware or your counter stools can make a big impact!

Kitchen Countertop Styling Tips
Here are the best dupes for what I currently have in my kitchen…
1. Open Shelving
ometimes less is more, and that is true here! A few open shelves for display are the perfect way to show off your favorite pieces and help to bring in pops of color. My shelves are real reclaimed pieces of wood.
I found 2 more affordable options for you.
- The first is a similar idea.. a floating shelf. This one in particular is nice because you are able to choose from multiple stain finishes and a range of length and widths that will fit your space best.
- The second option is a more rustic looking, smaller sized set of shelves with brackets. This option is nice for smaller spaces.
2. Brass Wall Sconces
I love this sconce dupe soooo much! The details on this option that I found are amazing! I specifically love the brass color however this also comes in other finishes if you are not on the brass band wagon. These would be nice placed over your open shelving to help highlight all the beautiful pieces you have on display. It’s like your own little gallery in your kitchen. My actual brass sconces are linked here.
3. Brass Kitchen Pendants
One of my favorite things about my kitchen are my Serena & Lily pendants over my island! But they are definitely on the pricey side. I found this pendant dupe that is pretty spot on! The shape of the cone is slightly different but I love that the down rod is detailed like mine and not just a simple chain. This also comes in 2 sizes and multiple finishes!
4. Brass Kitchen Faucet
I love the look of a brass faucet! As my Delta faucet is relatively priced, I did find 2 other slightly less expensive brass options with a similar sleek style as mine. Closest dupe to mine I have seen yet!
5. Bistro Counter Stools
This is one of the easiest things to change out in your kitchen. I love these counter stools and have them in both my house and the lake house in different colors. I found 2 different options for you guys!
- First, are the backless bistro style stools. This stool in particular comes in both counter height and bar height. Backless stools are nice because they can be pushed under the counter and out of sight. I love the black/white woven acrylic seat (easy to wipe off with the kids) mixed with the rattan legs on this option!
- The second affordable option has a back and arms. This only comes in bar height and can actually be used both indoor/outdoor due to the frame material. This is also easy to wipe off and good for those of you with bar height counters.
6. Brass Cabinet Hardware
I’m loving this cabinet hardware dupe! The detail on this pull is amazing and it comes in a range of different lengths and 2 pretty brass finishes. This one that I linked actually comes in a 10 pack which helps to make the pulls even more affordable. For the 5” pull they wind up coming in under $6 a pull which is a great deal! My actual pulls are linked here.
And that’s a wrap on my kitchen dupe tour…
I hope that I have helped to guide you in finding some fabulous kitchen decor ideas on a budget! Affordable but still high quality options for your own kitchen! I would love to here how your own kitchens turn out!
