Summer is finally here…and I couldn’t be more excited!! I love spending time outside with my kids, whether we are lounging out by the pool or at the lakehouse. I am always on the lookout for new holy grail beauty items and summertime is no different. One of the most common questions I get is about my favorite make-up products that I cannot live without. With the hot summers and humidity we have in the south, I try and find products that will hold up to ALLLL of the hot summer days in Oklahoma, while giving you a gorgeous glow!

6 Summer Beauty Must-Haves from Nordstrom
Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow Face Primer
Apply this primer before your foundation, after foundation (or cc cream), or you can wear alone! No matter which order you apply, it gives you major glow factor like your skin is lit from within! I have been known to have sensitive skin sometimes, and this gives me no irritation even without being fragrance free.
Using a primer gives your makeup better staying power for the long days of summer. This primer contains anti-aging properties to deeply hydrate your skin while hiding pores and more. Collagen boosting & wrinkle reducing, this is translucent so will blend with any skin tint and tone. I definitely battle redness and this helps hide some of the red. It also helps to blur away fine lines and add a glow, perfect for summer.
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Bronzing Powder
This is Charlotte’s newest bronzer and it is AMAZING! A quality bronzing powder is a must for gorgeous summer skin. I use SPF religiously, so I need some help to fake a tan. I chose shade medium as I am fair and don’t want to look too unnaturally dark. It works well with my self tanning drops I use often in the summer. This bronzer instantly warms up my complexion and made my skin come alive, all while blurring imperfections. I take a big fluffy powder brush and brush this bronzer along my hairline, cheek bones and jawline. I take it down to my neck and chest also. Don’t forget to use bronzer to contour also.
I love everything about Charlotte Tilbury beauty products…they really make your skin look and feel amazing! You can also use this as a body bronzer. It is very pigmented so a little goes a long way. Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Setting Powder
I use this setting powder after I apply my cc cream and concealer. I take my brush or damp blender and add a little to the undereye area to set my concealer and along my t-zone to keep me from getting oily in the heat. This powder will make any foundation waterproof for up to 11 hours ! It is translucent so will work with any skin tone and helps to blur any imperfections. Urban Decay All Nighter Long Lasting Makeup Setting Spray
I have used this for the last year and it works! I don’t want my makeup melting off me like greasy coconut oil, lol! This finishing mist goes on light, keeping your makeup from melting or fading for up to 16 hours!! From a recent study, over 80% of participants said their makeup looked better and stayed on better without settling into fine lines after using this spray. Pink lips go perfectly with bronzed, sunkissed skin. It is made with a special blend of wax that makes my lips appear fuller! What girl doesn’t want a fuller & plumper lip?! This pale pink liquid lipstick called Dolly Bird by Charlotte is really pretty too. 
Supergoop! Invincible Powder SPF 45
Ok, so you know I am ALL about protecting your skin from the sun. This 100% mineral and sweat-resistant formula is perfect to take with you on the go in your purse or car. I use Vitamin C serum and a SPF cream in the morning to help protect my dry skin, but if I am out and about in the sun for awhile, or need to brush some on my arms and chest, I use this! I also use this on my kids if we make a quick park run and they don’t have on sunblock. It isn’t messy and also helps to reduce shine that might come up during a hot day. It will leave your skin with a soft matte finish. Perfect for the pool and lake bag as well! SuperGoop is one of the more clean beauty brands that Nordstrom carries, which I love.
