Glycolic Acid Peel Pads with Blue Agave
If you are going to start with one product from Colleen, let it be THESE! I love these Glycolic Acid Peel Pads with Blue Agave! They were a best seller with Curls and Cashmere readers last month also! Glycolic Acid is a great acid to start introducing into your skincare regimen if you’re not already using it. It helps to clear pores, which allows for better cell turnover and production. (Bye, Wrinkles!) These pads also contain Hyaluronic Acid which is really good for bonding moisture to the skin and protecting your skin barrier! Hyaluronic Acid can help your skin look more plumped and be more hydrated.
The combo of these two acids, plus the soothing blue agave, is really great on my skin. I love how these peel pads make my skin look brighter, more hydrated, and they give my skin the best glow. Colleen Rothschild Dual Enzyme Polish
This enzyme polish is another great skincare products to get that glow! It uses a combination of alpha hydroxy acids (AHA’s) and fruit enzymes to deeply exfoliate without being too harsh on the skin. The AHA’s in this help to exfoliate and make my skin feel so smooth! The Dual Enzyme Polish does a really good job of gently removing dead skin cells and other dirt/debris. I love how my skin looks and feels after I use this.
This polish would be really great to add in to your skincare routine as we get into the dryer winter months to help with dry, dead skin cells! I love to follow this one up with the Intense Hydrating Mask to really rejuvenate my skin and give myself a hydrated glow. This would be a really great combination to use a day or two before an event, or just on a weekly basis for a little self-care.
Mandelic Acid Radiance Serum
I love to incorporate serums into my skincare regimen. And I love to try new ones all of the time or as the seasons change. Some I use at night and some I use for morning skincare. This Mandelic Acid Radiance Serum (the yellow serum shown above) is so good for promoting cell turnover. If retinol or Retin-a are too harsh for you, this would be a great add on to your routine. Sometimes I alternate my Retin-A with this product every other night. Getting rid of dead skin cells helps new ones to come to the surface as well as helping any of your skincare to be able to penetrate deeper.
