Winter is here and my skin always needs a little extra attention in the drier months. I generally switch up a few products in the winter time to add in extra hydration and give my skin a little more TLC. I’ve been using Colleen Rothschild products on my skin for a couple years now and can’t get enough of them. They’re so hydrating and great for preventing any signs of aging. I also just love how luxurious they feel, and really can tell a difference in my skin when I use the products!

My friend was raving about the Retinol Supreme Eye Serum one night and how it had really helped her crows feet area. I immediately went home, opened the serum, and have been using it religiously ever since that night (which was about eight weeks ago). I have noticed my crepey under eye skin looks smoother. The combination of Retinol and Vitamin C in this product really makes my eyes look brighter and helps with the fine lines.
When I wake up, I notice it feels very hydrated under my eyes compared to other eye creams I have used. I have received multiple DM’s on Instagram that y’all have loved this eye serum. Glycolic Acid Peel Pads with Blue Agave
Try these if you haven’t yet! These glycolic acid peel pads with blue agave are in my top three because they get my skin SO clear and bright and help me with my melasma struggle. They gently exfoliate which also helps your other products penetrate deeper. I have loved these for quite a while now! Glycolic acid is really good for clearing out your pores too and making sure no makeup debris or dirt is left behind. I use these daily or every other day and they really give my skin a great glow.
The blue agave helps soothe the skin so I don’t find them irritating at all. If you have more sensitivity, use them every 2-3 days. And I love seeing all of the gunk come off on the peel pad (lol)! The glycolic acid peel pads also made the top 10 best selling items of 2021 with curlsandcashmere readers and I know why because these pads work! They are very easy to use and I love the size of the pad.
Intense Hydrating Mask
A hydrating mask is a must-have for the winter months but also especially if you’re regularly using a Retinol or Retin-A. I recently upped the strength of my prescription Retin-A cream and noticed my skin getting a little more dry and flaky. Also, I had heard really good things about this Hydrating Mask. So, I started using it for extra hydration and I love it! I can tell the hyaluronic acid in this has definitely helped keep my skin moisturized and minimized issues with tightness and any dry/flaky spots due to my Retin-A. And it just helps with drier winter skin in general!
Right now I’m using the Intense Hydrating Mask a couple of nights a week before bed and I love how my skin feels afterward. Honorable Mention – Radiant Cleansing Balm

I love to use this to melt my makeup off before I wash my face and do my nightly skincare routine. This cleansing balm uses ingredients like Loffah Seed and Moringa Oil and I really notice my skin looking more bright and radiant (instead of tired and dull) after removing my makeup.
