When it comes to everyday style, jeans are almost always my go-to. But do you blame me? They’re so easy to style! Whether I’m dressing mine up with a blouse and pair of heels or down with sneakers and a tee, they’re so versatile. Over the years, I’ve tried what feels like every brand, style, and rise but every time it’s time to add a new pair to the mix there are always two brands I’m shopping: AGOLDE and Abercrombie.
With spring right around the corner, I just did a major purge of my denim and added a few new pairs to the mix. Whether jeans are your jam or you’re looking to try a few new styles, this post is for you. I’m super picky about jeans and these three pairs are the ones I’m constantly reaching for and would purchase over and over again. Plus, they’re all perfect for spring!

AGOLDE Nico High Rise Jeans
The Nico High Rise Jeans were the first pair I tried from AGOLDE aka the pair that changed my world. Designed as a wear-with-anything jean, this pair is high-rise, has a flattering slim fit, and only has a tiny bit of stretch (which I love!). I have the light wash raw hem style and love that they slim my waist and help me look taller.
Since the wash is a little lighter (perfect for spring!), I like to style them more casual with my favorite mules and a simple oversized tee.
The details: 10.75 inch rise, 26.75 inch inseam, fit true to size
AGOLDE Riley High Rise Jeans
The Riley High Rise Jeans are one of the most popular AGOLDE styles and rightfully so! With a flattering high-rise, straight leg, and snug fit, they look great on everyone. This style comes in several washes, which I love! I have the whiplash wash with distressed jeans, which gives them a vintage look. Perfect for a night out and running errands!
Since the rise on this pair is a little higher, I love pairing them with this bodysuit and these heeled sandals.
The details: 11 inch rise, 26.5 inch inseam, fit snug (if you want a looser fit, size up!)
Abercrombie Curve Love Ultra High Rise Ankle Straight Jeans
If you’ve been sleeping on Abercrombie’s jeans, now is the time to change that! If you love the look of AGOLDE jeans but they aren’t in your budget or don’t fit you right, give this pair from Abercrombie a try! The medium distressed wash is my favorite for this time of year. It’s not too dark but not as light as the AGOLDE jeans I have in my rotation.
Since these have a straight-fit leg, I prefer to wear a fitted top or strappy tank. When it comes to shoes, all styles are fair game but I usually find myself reaching for a heeled sandal or my favorite sneakers.
The details: Available in extra short, short, regular, and long inseams, fit snug
When you’re on the hunt for new jeans, keep in mind that denim is super personal and one’s body and style! If these ones don’t work for you, give other styles from the brand a try. Each of these three pairs also come in different washes and variations, which are all worth checking out!
